Finding courts…
Last updated 31 October 2026
CourtSpot PH (“CourtSpot”, “we”) is operated by RDahunan I.T. Services, Cebu, Philippines. These terms apply to the website, the Android and iOS apps, and everything you do on them. By using CourtSpot you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains what we do with your data.
CourtSpot helps you find courts, book time, join games and enter tournaments. The money for those goes straight from you to the venue, the game's host or the tournament's organizer, by the payment details they publish. CourtSpot does not collect, hold or pass on that money, so we can't refund it. Any agreement about a court, game or entry fee is between you and them. We will still help when something goes wrong: report it and we will look into it, act against accounts that cheat, and share what we know with the authorities.
Verified player is optional: ₱50 for 30 days with ads, or included after manual review approval in ad-free (₱99 for 30 days or ₱999 for 365 days). Approval is never automatic after payment. Passes do not automatically renew. The icon indicates a manually reviewed selfie (or requested ID) and active player plan, not a guarantee of safety, identity, skill or payment. Consent withdrawal or revocation removes the badge; contact Support for disputes or payment errors. Read the selfie review policy before recording or uploading.
Venue ownership verification is included with the existing venue offering, with no separate badge fee. It requires approval of ownership or authority documents. A venue subscription alone cannot verify a venue.
Don't use CourtSpot to:
To slow down scammers, accounts younger than 7 days can't share links in messages, posts or comments, and messages that contain a phone number, an e-wallet or bank mention, or a link show a warning to the person receiving them.
CourtSpot cooperates with the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, the National Bureau of Investigation and GCash in scam investigations, and shares account information with them when the law allows or requires it. Our guide How to avoid scams has the details.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example after scam reports we have checked. A suspension covers the account and its email address (and the mobile number of an older account), so a new account with the same email is refused too. While an account is suspended:
If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected]. We review every appeal and lift suspensions that were wrong.
Player accounts are free and show ads. Ads never appear in booking, payment or chat screens, or on junior profiles. The optional ad-free plan (₱99 a month or ₱999 a year) removes them. It is paid through our payment provider on the website, or through the App Store or Google Play once the apps offer it, and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Businesses can pay CourtSpot for its own services: venue plans, fees for bookings made through CourtSpot, and featured listings. The price and what it includes are shown before you choose a plan. CourtSpot sends billing statements and payment acknowledgements for these; BIR-registered invoices for CourtSpot's fees are issued separately by RDahunan I.T. Services. Players still pay court fees to the venue directly: CourtSpot never collects them on the venue's behalf.
Players under 18 take part only through a junior profile that a parent or guardian creates and manages from their own account. The parent or guardian is responsible for the junior profile and agrees to these terms for it. Junior profiles have no public profile, no messages, no ratings, no ads and no photos.
You keep the rights to your photos and posts. You let CourtSpot show them on the website and in the apps to the people you shared them with. We may remove content or Pages that break these terms or the law.
We work to keep CourtSpot accurate and running, but availability, prices and opening hours come from venues and can change. CourtSpot is not responsible for what venues, hosts, organizers or other players do, or for payments made outside CourtSpot's own billing, as far as Philippine law allows.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions: [email protected].
