With your consent, the front camera records an approximately 18-second silent video while you follow randomized head-movement instructions. Record yourself in good light, with your face visible and no other people. You can cancel, retry or discard before submitting. Camera permission alone is not consent to submit.
CourtSpot PH, operated by RDahunan I.T. Services, processes this recording on its own server for authorized human review and fraud prevention. We do not use facial recognition, create face templates, compare faces against a database, or train AI with it. This guided recording is not certified liveness detection and cannot reliably rule out replays, deepfakes or impersonation. Review does not establish your legal identity.
The active recording is encrypted and accessible only to authorized platform reviewers; access is audited. Audio and metadata are removed. We delete the active recording after approval, rejection or withdrawal; unreviewed recordings expire within 7 days. Temporary challenge records and an exact-file hash are kept for up to 7 days to limit abuse and identical uploads, without creating a face template. Protected backup copies can remain until the backup retention period ends. We retain the review result, evidence type, consent version and dates while your account exists. Account deletion removes the verification record; payment records follow the billing policy.
The small Verified player icon means a selfie was manually reviewed (or an explicitly requested ID was reviewed) and a player plan is active. It is not a guarantee of legal identity, safety, skill, payment or good conduct. Approval can be revoked for misuse. Never rely on the badge when deciding whether to pay someone.
Review itself is free. After approval, the badge costs ₱50 for 30 days with ads, or is included in the ₱99 / 30-day and ₱999 / 365-day ad-free plans with no extra badge fee. Passes are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Buying a plan never guarantees approval or faster review.
An admin may request a government photo ID only when an additional check is needed. It uses a separate consent notice; there is no default ID upload. Ask Support if you cannot use the camera or disagree with a decision. You can withdraw consent and remove pending evidence and your badge at any time; paid ad-free access continues. Paid time is not automatically refunded. Contact Messages → Support or [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or payment review.

Additional ID review is optional and available only following a specific admin request. Your free account does not require an ID. Ask Support for an alternative if you cannot provide one. The default verification route is a guided selfie reviewed by a person.
Submit one valid government-issued photo ID belonging to you. Keep your name, photo, document type and validity visible. You may cover the ID number, address, signature and barcode. Do not submit someone else's ID or a child's ID.

We do not publish your ID, ID number, legal name or address, sell the image, use facial recognition, or verify it against a government database.
