Finding courts…

With separate explicit consent, CourtSpot records a short silent face video following randomized head prompts for human review on our server. This is not certified liveness detection or proof of legal identity; we do not create face templates or use facial recognition. Recordings are encrypted and private to authorized reviewers, deleted after a decision or withdrawal, and expire within 7 days if unreviewed. An ID is requested only for an additional check with separate consent; pending ID images expire within 30 days. Protected backup copies can remain until backups expire. See the full selfie and exceptional ID review notice.
CourtSpot is operated by RDahunan I.T. Services, Cebu, Philippines. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Questions or requests: [email protected].
You can browse without an account. If you tap “Near me”, your device shares its location with the page; we round it to about 10 metres, use it only to sort courts by distance, and do not store it.
Maps load from third-party providers, which receive browser requests including your IP address and the area you view. Website venue forms use Google Maps when enabled and within our allowance, and otherwise use OpenStreetMap through OpenFreeMap. You can switch to OpenStreetMap. Device location is requested only when you choose the location button and allow your browser to share it. The entrance coordinates you submit become the venue's public location, so place the pin at the court entrance. See Google's privacy policy for Google's handling of map requests.
We collect your name, mobile number, the number of players, and optionally your email and a note. We use them to hold your court, let you find or cancel the booking, and share them with the venue you booked so they can recognise you. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The mobile number is the venue's way to reach you: CourtSpot doesn't text it. If you book while signed in, the booking is linked to your account so it shows under My bookings.
You sign in with your email and password; email codes verify your email, recover your password, or complete optional two-factor authentication. Your email is never shown to other players. If you run a venue, CourtSpot texts a code to the venue's mobile to check it when you claim or add the venue and before its payment details change. CourtSpot's team sees that number to check your claim; your Page's staff see only part of it, and nobody else sees it.
The website remembers the references of bookings made in this browser so you can find them again. That list stays on your device; you can remove entries under My bookings.
Signing up is free, and free accounts and visitors see ads. Some are CourtSpot's own promotions; others are served by Google (AdSense on the website, AdMob in the app). We ask Google for non-personalised ads only, so they are chosen from the page you're on, not from a profile of you. Google may still use a cookie or your device's advertising ID to limit repeats, count views and stop fraud; see how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. We never give advertisers your name, number, bookings or messages. There are no ads for juniors, and none in booking, payment, messages or tickets. Don't want ads? The ad-free plan removes them.
Courts marked “unverified” come from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. They describe places, not people.
A parent or legal guardian can add their children (under 18) as junior profiles to enter them in junior divisions. A junior gets no account, login, phone number, email, photo or public profile. We keep only their first name, last initial, birth year, sports and levels, how the name is shown, and the guardian's consent to the junior profile terms (version j1). The birth year is used only for age groups and only the guardian sees it. Organizers, co-organizers and scorekeepers of a tournament see an entered junior's display name and age group; brackets show the display name only. Junior results are never rated and junior screens show no ads. The guardian can edit or permanently delete a junior profile at any time.
CourtSpot staff may read posts, comments, reviews and messages that players report or that our scam-word check flags, only to keep players safe.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us with your booking reference and we'll respond within 15 working days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
